Free Estimates & Quotes
We are happy to offer free estimates to homeowners that need shingle roof repairs. Usually we inspect on site what needs to be repaired but sometimes we can give a quote over the phone depending on the location of your home and the type of work needed. Large and small asphalt shingle tile repairs can usually be done in less than one day. This reduces the likelihood of further damage both to the roof itself and inside your home. If you are selling your house and have an inspection report that identifies roof issues, please feel free to forward that to me and I will get back to you asap.
Written Guarantee
Most of the roof leak repairs we do come with a one to three year written guarantee. All of this will be discussed prior to the commencement of any work. Any repair under the guarantee period that continues to be unsatisfactory will be corrected in a reasonable time frame; or, at contractor’s discretion, a refund of the full amount pertaining to the area in question may be returned, but not to exceed the contract price. Fortunately that is a rare occurrence. Contractor assumes no liability for any perceived consequential or inconsequential damages to interior of structure unless gross negligence is established. No guarantee offered shall remain in force during extreme weather conditions such as hurricane or tornado conditions, etc. No guarantees are offered in conjunction with home inspections.

We have about 30 years of shingle roof repair experience. Most roof leaks are located around roof penetrations like pipes, skylights, ridge vents, bathroom exhaust fan vents, copper bay windows, and damaged shingles. Oftentimes, the flashing around these areas need to be resealed or replaced. Minor roof repairs like nail pops and replacing shingles that have blown off your roof are jobs we do as well. We do small shingle roof repairs only. We are happy to refer you to a trusted contractor for wood repairs, flat roof repairs and full shingle roof replacements.
